Joomla! is a CMS system for Website production and templates are produced by many companies. The one we are using is called Transparent Bliss from joomlabear.
We had a few problems with the code, but with the excellent support from Big Bear at  joomlabear, numerous posts to his forum, we eventually solved most of the issues. Thanks again Big Bear! The site is being shown here as a very good example of using their template! Thank you again!
